Jade was very nice and the treatments were ok. Not as thorough as previous ones I had elsewhere. The bikini waxing was a bit painful at times as the wax wasn’t drying out as much as needed and some it kept leaving itself stuck on my skin. The upper lip wax also was a bit rushed, there were patches left and I had to ask Jade to take that hair out. She was friendly and pleasant though.
