I’ve been coming here for years but was really disappointed this time. My 12:05 appointment started 20 minutes late because the therapist was working on someone booked for 12:30. I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. When I was finally seen, the appointment felt rushed so she could get back to the other client. My brow wax was done very quickly and ended up uneven. I didn’t feel valued at all.
