The massage was ok, but the therapist seemed distracted - pausing throughout the massage, taking off her shoes, drinking water and touching her face and hair. Her long nails made parts of it uncomfortable as she kept scratching me. There was no consultation or warm welcome, and the whole experience felt impersonal. For £95, I expected a significantly better experience. I won’t be returning, but I hope this feedback helps Beautiva improve their service.
