Ivana was really lovely and she made sure we talked all about what shade of dye to use and how it would look. I am not unhappy with how it turned out necessarily, but I have noticed some patchy bits where it doesn't blend very well. I think maybe if I had paid more somewhere else it could have turned out a little better? But I'm still more or less happy with it and the cut was absolutely fine too.

This is a great salon and would fully recommend. The ladies here are very professional and care about doing a great job and making sure you leave happy. I booked a balayage, hair cut and blow dry and would advise to have a telephone consultation with one the ladies before booking just to make sure what you're booking is the correct treatment. Having never had balayage done before my expectations where different but I couldn't be more happy with my final result. Great job Caroline and thank you so much for being the utmost professional. I couldn't be happier with my colour and cut.

I had my first ever Keratin treatment and it has been a great success so far. My over processed and frizzy hair is far smoother and only took 5 mins to blow dry straight for work today - a big change from my usual tussle with it. Ivana is very friendly and chatty and the salon itself is lovely, bright and well situated opposite the Bungo. I would definitely recommend both Ivana and the treatment.
