Unfortunately the majority pin curls fell out 30 minutes after they were put in. Hair was straight when we took them out 7 hours later. Really disappointed ☹️

I want to preface this review by saying Lisa and Alana are lovely. I had returned to get the keratin treatment (which is good) and they spotted the mess of my hair after it being cut by Ellie. Lisa owned up immediately and apologised, saying she has sacked her. Despite their efforts to fix my hair, it’s still a mess. The response of the staff members gives me hope that this was a mistake made by an ex staff member and doesn’t reflect the general service offered by the salon.

Chloe did a lovely job on my colour as always and gave me a great beachy wave blowdry. She's really friendly and chatty and I'm always happy to sit in her chair for a wee hour or two!

I felt awful.
I had booked a blow dry for Monday.
I was the only person booked in for that day and felt so bad, one member of staff had to open the shop and come in.
She was so lovely and I would definitely be back.
