I had an appointment for 12:45. Arrived at 12:40 and there was no nail technician. I was informed they’d just popped out. I was happy to wait. I waited till 13:05 and no nail technician came.

I love my lashes and they last much longer than I expected. Jolene is exceptionally talented and a lovely lady who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. There is a great atmosphere in Betty's salon, all the staff are lovely and very welcoming.
