Chloe was very welcoming (my first time with her), she really listened and spent loads of time trying to help me get the style I wanted....and she did it!!.... Chloe introduced me to new ideas for my thinning hair and advised on what products may help. Lovely young woman, and I'll definitely ask for her again in a few weeks time! Thanks so much Chloe x
