I originally booked Lisa and paid £100+ upfront, I was then told that Lisa wasn’t available however Ellie was free to take my booking instead. I asked whether I would get my money back as it was a £20-30 difference for the 2 stylists and I was told that I would. On the day of my appointment they asked for my bank details so that they could process the refund. It’s now been a week and I haven’t received the refund and they’ve seen and ignored my message on Instagram.
