For over 20 years, I’ve been building something personal — a space where skin care is about trust, results, and genuine connection. My professional journey began not in the beauty world, but in the corporate banking sector, where I managed one of the largest bank branches in my region. What I learned there — about responsibility, integrity, and the importance of listening — eventually led me to where my heart truly belonged: helping people feel good in their skin. In 2006, I founded Betiva Beauty — a boutique salon grounded in personal care, honesty, and deep human connection. Over the years, Betiva has grown into a trusted beauty destination in Edinburgh. Now, we’re evolving into something even more meaningful. As I lead the launch of Betiva’s dedicated Skin Clinic, I bring with me clinical training, extensive experience in advanced skin therapy, and a clear mission: To support people through the real and often emotional journey of skin ageing, inflammation, hormonal changes, and scarring — with evidence-based treatments, expert knowledge, and continued care beyond the appointment. I specialise in working with: • Perimenopausal and mature skin • Barrier-impaired and reactive skin conditions (eczema, acne, atopic skin) • Skin laxity and scarring post-weight loss • Clients seeking lasting results over temporary fixes But more than any technique or title, what defines my work is this: I see people first, skin second.
