Terrible customer service. I called to enquire about a reschedule as I had forgot about my appointment. Despite explaining I was 30 mins away, I was told to still attend. Even though I arrived within the agreed time frame, I was turned away & marked as a no-show, wasting 60 mins of travel. The technician was rude and the manager (her husband) refused to acknowledge what we had agreed on the phone. The salon then provided Treatwell with an inaccurate account of the event to avoid responsibility.
