I arrived two minutes after my appointment but waited for 15 minutes until I began my treatment. Evelyn did not speak with me or begin conversation with me and proceeded to cut my pinky finger while cutting my cuticles. She was not overly apologetic at all; my finger began bleeding and she tried to use some sort of alcohol (which would sting). After everything, she did not offer a discount or anything. Will never waste my money there again. Terrible customer service

Michelle normally does my nails. She is good. Professionalism shown to me even in difficult circumstances. Biab is real and not fake like many who use hard gel. Manicures are quality good attention to nail bed

I always have great news going here. There was some slight confusion over booking and accounts I was using and they actually gave me great customer service and cleared things up - even when I was being a difficult customer. BIAB nails never break and the attention to detail on cuticles is best

Staff was not friendly and the manicure had imperfections. The shellac had some bubbles in the finishing also the colour that has been chosen was so transparent that I can see beneath the work done before. They should have advise me.
