I have known Beth for many years and believe her to be the perfect person to be offering a range of alternative therapies! She is calm, compassionate and extremely professional and I always feel so much better for having spent time in her company. Every treatment I have tried has been a slice of heaven and I come away with such a sense of inner peace and relaxation. She has definitely helped me enormously with various physical and mental issues over the last few yars and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Beth makes you very welcome her calming nature puts you at ease straight away.
The treatments are all excellent but I highly recommend reflexology. The environment is very calming and the ambience is relaxing.
