The best experience I've ever had! Lovely warm room, low light which was welcoming and good for my sensory needs, room bery pretty and immaculately clean. I was given time to change, not rushed and felt so comfortable in my skin. Such a calming massage and Bethan is so, so skilled and gentle. Have already booked in my next session. Much more comfortable after the massage and not so tight. The best parts were not feeling rushed and being reassured constantly. Allowed to actually relax and enjoy.

Felt welcome as soon as I arrived, Beth was really warm and friendly. It’s a very relaxing environment, I learnt a lot from her about the treatment and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I saw results the next day and felt very refreshed! Would highly recommend :)

Beth was amazing! Really warm and welcoming and took time to understand my body and needs. Had the lymphatic drainage massage and it was really relaxing, but then felt so much lighter the next day! Will definitely be booking to come back again.
