Came to Beth for a 90-minute deep tissue massage. It was the first time I've ever gone for a treatment like this, but Beth was exceptionally nice and reassuring - she checked in through the whole process and explained everything clearly. I had a really tight and painful back and neck - the massage has helped enormously and honestly my only regret is not getting this booked in sooner. Will definitely go back again!

I honestly don't know where to start with how much Beth has helped me. From my first appointment, I felt a lot better. Beth is incredibly knowledgeable, but what really makes her special is her intuition and genuinely care. Beth is patient, attentive, and thoughtful in a way that makes you feel truly looked after.
