Honestly one, if not, the best massage I've ever had. From the minute I arrived Bethan was so welcoming - it's quite an intimate thing having a massage and so many times I've felt so awkward - but I didn't feel this for one second. Bethan actually remembered everything I'd put on my pre-treatment form and she tailored the massage to exactly my needs. Will 100% be going back to start my body healing journey.
