When the cut was done, Meg put my daughters hair back in a bobble as she asked for, but getting home and washing her hair a day later, I noticed her hair was not cut straight and there was a very distinctive step in the hair, as if the cut was rushed and no care given when doing it. Considering it's 20 pound for a child's cut I'm really really unhappy and will not be back.

As usual Beth was amazing I was really late for my apt and she stayed on and did it for me anyway, encroaching into her Friday evening. So pleased with the outcome too. Thank you again Beth
