I wanted to say that Beth demonstrated all of the qualities of the previous question. She is extremely experienced and efficient but with a lovely friendly manner that puts you at ease. Her colleagues provide a lively atmosphere while assisting Beth to complete my treatment and keeping the salon clean and tidy.
