Sandy was awful. I'm not sure she she be allowed to wax. The temperature of the wax was really not, she didn't know how to pull my skin taut in delicate areas, my inner thigh has received bruising from her inadequate technique. A really horrible experience.

When i entered the premises the lady working there seemed to be shocked that I was there and didn't have me down for appointment which I booked on line. I had to show her the email. The appointment which I was told would be for 40 mins which I paid for only took 10 mins. Appart from that all ok
