This was my first time getting waxed in my life, I was incredibly nervous and anxious about getting an intimate wax for numerous reasons. I was terrified of the pain and nervous of the awkwardness of having an intimate wax. I couldn't have asked for a better person to wax me. Natasha was exceptional. She made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. She had great knowledge and helped me understand what I need to do for aftercare.it was painful but not as bad as I thought it would be
