If you work in tech, you know how stress can get you down. It sneaks up on you and tension will be carried on your shoulders and neck. But Nok knows all. Nok was attentive, kind and has good calming energy. I will be going to her again, I cried a little afterwards as the tension left my body with her gentle , paced guidance. 10/10 experience! I will definitely be going again as I know it will benefit not only my body but my future as well. Do not hesitate to go if you live nearby the area!!!!!
