I love Nok's treatments. My husband & I have been going to her for about a year now.
I started with the 60 min treatments and moved on to the 90min ones, which I think is the perfect amount of time for a full body treatment.
I get the deep tissue massages & always come out feeling really relaxed. I workout and walk A LOT & my muscles get really sore & tight then Not works her magic and I am ready for my next workout.
10/10 would recommend.
