Nok is an excellent therapist. She is skilled in finding your tight spots and releasing the trigger points. Her massages are healing as well as relaxing. My neck and back were extremely tight and Nok released them . My left shoulder was in pain when I first saw her last year - no more pain. Nok also gives you stretches to do at home. She knows from your body if you have not done your homework :). She is also a lovely sweet person.
