Always a wonderful experience - ask them if they can heat up the sauna for you and show up 30mins before your appointment to use.
I played sports at a professional level which afforded me access to some of the best practitioners available. I would put PK and Jeena up there with those people. They are experts at navigating my nagging injuries and aches and I always leave with pain relief and a restful feeling.
