They didn’t have my appointment so only lasted for 45 minutes instead of an hour.
Dr Ben wasn’t there/available so didn’t have him.
Bed didn’t rise so I couldn’t lie down comfortably on my back (as I’m pregnant) so had to sit up.
Walls were very thin so could hear everyone talking moving and a VERY loud ticking clock so could not get comfortable thus didn’t get the results out of the acupuncture that I was expecting/paid for

Been going for ~2years and currently my therapist is Zoe. I highly recommend her skills. She clearly has some medical training. If you have any sore neck, back, legs I she will fix it, but it may not be very comfortable whilst she does it, which means she's doing it right.My sciatica has greatly improved in 2-3sessions, and overall the back problems I had when I first went there(long hours at the desk, mouse syndrome), are now in check.
Zoe is also friendly,like everyone there actually.

Really friendly staff, very relaxing environment. Wasn’t quite a “sports massage” but definitely felt great afterwards! Will go back.
