The service was helpful and friendly. I have had acute lower back pain from an injury for a long while. The onset of lockdown and sitting in an awkward position made it worse, after receiving a sports massage and physio I felt a big difference and was able to move more freely without the severe pain. They gave me some advice on self-help exercises I could do at home. Overall, really helpful and knowledgable.
