I went in July for my birthday to treat myself. They were quite busy and asked me to come back in 15 min and then I had to wait an additional 10 min when I came back. I then had one person do half of the massage then switch halfway when a second person took over. This made it less relaxing by ppl coming and going.Then the second person had AirPods in the whole time and I could hear her show or podcast playing through cause it was so loud. Not a horrible experience but I definitely won’t be back
