Quick consultation and treatment. I had to pay extra for the massage. Venue pushed to me to purchase 5 treatments at a discounted price.
Acupuncture
I was directed straight down even though I was a little bit early which was appreciated. As for the sports massage itself however I left a little disappointed. The least amount of time was spent on the areas I asked as I had just completed a half marathon and needed specific attention to the calfs, hamstring and glutes. It felt that she was following a set routine that could have covered a multitude of massages with pressure rather than specifically a sports massage to the areas needed. I appreciated the effort and conversation of the masseuse and the work to the back was great..but feel someone specifically trained with sport specific knowledge should have been assigned to me for the price I paid.
