I had a great massage and it was well priced. It was on the strong side which I like, but might not be for everyone, but i'm sure you can ask for less pressure if you prefer that. Thanks!

Cold room, left waiting 20 minutes and no extra time. Worst massage I've had in London wouldn't recommend at all. Very rude and unwelcoming!

Relaxing massage. This is not a traditional thai-style professional massage, more of a general rub over but it was enjoyable and duration was an ample hour.

Shocking customer service...
1. I was 10-mins prior to the start time of my appointment I was phoned to say they double-booked asked if I could be seen in 30-45 mins, said I specifically booked the time to fit with my schedule and I was a few streets away, then told the other appointment had cancelled and I could keep my original time as if they were doing me a favour.
2. Upon arrival I was told that the Chinese Massage I booked for was £5 more than the value I paid for the Chinese Massage I paid for via Treatwell. Said that I could have a normal massage or pay £5 cash for the treatment I booked. Said no thank you - I felt conned - and agreed to have a 'normal massage' despite this not being the treatment I booked.
3. Massage Therapist didn't speak to me, I suspect she didn't speak English. Literally didn't say anything other than 'OK?' three times during treatment.
4. The ambiance of the venue is lacking, wouldn't return for another treatment.
Customer service aside, the massage was firm and I left the venue feeling relaxed from the treatment despite my shocking experience with the front of house staff.
Deep Tissue Massage
Turned up to the venue after booking online and was informed that there were no ear candles remaining. I understand they had tried to call me, but had not left any messages.
