the salon is clean, the hairdresser was friendly, she listened to what I wanted and she gave me good recommendation. my haircut is nice

Emmanuela did an excellent job on refreshing my blonde balayage and giving it a pink twist - she took the time to make sure it was all blended really well & by the end it looked fab. Bit sore after from getting all the knots out, but that was more due to my hair type/length & Emmanuela did do her best to avoid tugging when possible. Thank you!
