Booked ‘balayage with finish’ but apparently ‘with finish’ does not mean anything. I was asked to pay extra 100 (with discount, apparently should be 165) on top of the 135 I had already paid. I had agreed for add-on olaplex, expecting it to be an extra 25. I wasn’t told that toner is not included and multiple other things apparently done. If there would have been full transparency I would have known what to expect and not have such a shock at the end. I do like the result so can’t stay too upset
