I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience at Belsize Hair Salon. I asked for warm, natural blonde highlights, but Hakan barely communicated and gave me harsh, cool-toned highlights instead. My scalp was sore after four hours and two toners, and I paid £300. I returned the next day, and Ahmed corrected the color, but with no apology or explanation. Poor communication and disappointing results.

Hakan is a great hairdresser who is extremely skilled, considerate, attentive and reassuring.I needed a drastic change in my hair and he understood what I needed and ensured that I could trust him.He was right and I’m very happy with my new haircut.Hakan styled it perfectly. He is also very friendly and down to earth. Everyone was welcoming and especially Gunes has been really kind and smily :) I would 100% recommend Hakan and I will always go to Belsize Hair Salon. Happiness is a good hair day.
