I didn’t have to wait
Mackenzie was very friendly. Offered me refreshments upon entry and while I was waiting for my colour to set
To me she covered to much of my highlight as it was roots only
After my hair was washed by another member of staff I had to wait over 5 minutes as she had left the hairdresser to go to the shop and the staff kept looking around for her as they didn’t know where she was

Maria was wonderful as usual! Took into consideration what I wanted and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving her chair! It had been a while since I came back as I had moved over an hour away, and anytime I go anywhere else it just never compares to how welcoming and warm the staff are here! They always remember you and no matter how long it’s been! I’ll be back again sooner this time ladies! ✨
