The saloon was busy for a Monday morning.
I didn’t have to wait
Mackenzie was very friendly. Offered me refreshments upon entry and while I was waiting for my colour to set
To me she covered to much of my highlight as it was roots only
After my hair was washed by another member of staff I had to wait over 5 minutes as she had left the hairdresser to go to the shop and the staff kept looking around for her as they didn’t know where she was
