Absolutely fantastic experience. I was seen straight away on time with a warm welcome from Donna. The lady washing my hair was lovely engaging in conversation with me but not talking too much like I've annoyingly experienced in other hairdressers previously. Straight after having my hair washed I was in the seat having my hair cut. Donna was perfect in getting the balance right between what I wanted vs what I needed to have done. The whole experience was very pleasant - I tend to avoid going to the hairdresser's for various reasons such as employees talking too much (especially to each other), cutting my hair too short, long delays in getting seen and generally poor customer service. Donna and her team had the balance absolutely spot on and I can definitely say I would be comfortable returning again. There was a nice friendly/family atmosphere in the shop. Thank you!

Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone was smiley and friendly. Donna was absolutely amazing. She sat with me and talked about exactly what I wanted. Really lovely and chatty. Made me feel really comfortable. Will definitely be back!
