Haircut was exactly what I wanted. They were very busy and running a bit late but they couldn't have apologised enough and made sure all their customers had a seat while they waited. Olta knew exactly what she was doing, understood my concerns over my (very!) thick hair and gave me the perfect cut. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I will definitey be back.
