I paid online and went for my hair cut but whe I got there they said that's only for a trim they charged me an extra £5 as "they needed to wet my hair" I paid without saying anything but that was very unfair and disrespectful. The main reason I booked in with that salon was the price but it turned out to be the same price or even more expensive than most of the other salons in Leeds. I was very disappointed and I'm never gonna use them again as what they did was very unfair

Managed to squeeze me in for a cut as I'd messed up the order on treatwell. Nice salon, nice friendly staff and my hair looked great at the end of it.
Only criticism is that I was charged an additional £17 for a toner where all other salons I've frequented, this is provided without charge when applying blonde highlights. Either way the colour looked great.

When I arrived at the salon and told them I had an appointment and I had booked it on the treat well app the staff were not happy. When I went upstairs to get my hair washed my daughter waited for me downstairs and was very upset to hear the staff complaining about me. When I came back downstairs for my haircut I could tell she didn't really want to do it. One side of my hair was shorter than the other and I left without having it straightened as I could not stand the atmosphere any longer.
