When I arrived at the salon and told them I had an appointment and I had booked it on the treat well app the staff were not happy. When I went upstairs to get my hair washed my daughter waited for me downstairs and was very upset to hear the staff complaining about me. When I came back downstairs for my haircut I could tell she didn't really want to do it. One side of my hair was shorter than the other and I left without having it straightened as I could not stand the atmosphere any longer.
Friendly staff, nice salon, pleased with our cuts. Recommended.
