Milly did my daughters BIAB today she was as lovely as ever which she is at everyone if our appointments. All the girls are fab at Bellissima professional but so friendly and accommodating at the same time. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend this lovely salon to anyone that wants a lovely treatment with lovely staff⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I met with Amy for a consultation for remedial scar treatment advice. The first thing I noticed as I came into the salon on a dark, gloomy wet day, was the lovely smelling candle. It felt very welcoming and calm. Amy was very warm, professional but more importantly personable. She was what I would describe as normal. Sometimes the technicians of salons can feel a little stereotypical and formulaic in their manner and presentation but I found Amy very refreshing. She was able to give me clear advice and ran through the options available to me. She explained how different treatments work, what they do, what to expect and gave me a treatment recommendation including cost. She answered all my questions confidently and thoroughly. I came away feeling I could trust, not only the advice she gave me but, that she will look after me when I have the treatments. I definitely recommend and will be back.
