I have challenging hair- 11 crowns apparently, none regal- and although I think that gives Erika sleepless nights, she has provided the best haircut I've had in 40 years. 2nd visit and clearly she has thought about the challenge my hair presents and has worked out a way to tame it all. I'm making my hair sound awful, but I saw the panic in her eyes when I first sat in the chair......
