I visited while travelling and asked for balayage to blend past foils that had grown out. The salon is lovely and staff were nice, but the colour work was disappointing. Only the top layer was blended, underneath is visibly very patchy whenin a ponytail, with two bright white sections. I also got front “money pieces” I hadn’t asked for, which became dry and broke off. After 5 hours, no apology or discount was offered. When I returned to my usual hairdresser she was appalled at the condition.

It was my first time here and Tammy was excellent! She listened to my thoughts and came up with a great plan for my hair that she carried out perfectly - it was just what I wanted. She was kind and great to talk to too! I would highly recommend her and the salon! :)
