Genuinely an all round very stressful experience. I booked a Brazilian. Only one staff member doing all treatments so my appointment was 20 minutes late. Wax was burning hot which I mentioned to no effect. Really poor finish with patches missed and tried to charge me extra for the other side! No post-wax oil or moisturiser. Stressful and painful and stressful.

Although I am happy either the outcome of my manicure, the salon itself was not a nice experience. It was dirty, messy and there was no light music.
Peppermint foot scrub was used on my hands and I had to go to a grubby back room to wash my hands.
Would not recommend.

Booked a facial and massage , turned up to be told she can only do one treatment so i chosen facial.. place was messy wax on the bed so sticky.. lights so bright no music. Facial was the worst i ever had no facial massage. Mask was left on for 20 mins .. she was blunt and rude. Being a beauty therapist my self i know how it should of been... skin was burning once i got home.. worst experience ever ! Please dont come here for treatments it should only be for eyebrows only...
