I h ad a mani cure done in this salon, there was some booking problems, which made me feel bit embarassed! I had chosen a luxury manicure but they had a different one on their system so had to do a basic one but Staff kindly showed me how to avoid this problem in future while booking online. This was the first problem I had while booking with Wahands so bit confused and I think the situation could have been handled better. But hey, no issues for me, look forward to booking a luxury one next time.
I had a two week pedicure done in this place, the treatment was okay. Wahanda had messed up the booking!
I had a facial done there for which I am giving 4 starts, the staff was good and the treatment was good as well.

This is the first negative review I have written on wa hands but I would avoid this salon is future. The salon did not open until 10.30 despite my appointment being booked for 10am. On opening the beautician was rude and did not apologise and insisted it was my mistake. She was very grumpy all through my pedicure. Although the pedicure was ok the waxing which was meant to take 30 minutes only took 5 minutes and many of the hairs remained. The room where the waxing was done was very dirty and the sheets on the bed were brown with dirt. Avoid.
