I was unpleasantly surprised by this venue. Once I entered the wax treatment room I looked around and saw hairs in the sink and all over the waxing bed, so immediately was put at unease. I found the leg wax to be better than the Hollywood; however I could tell from the leg wax that the therapist was not very skilled with waxing, as she wasn't very thorough and was more concentrated on being speedy than giving a good wax. She took no measures to try and ease the pain of the Hollywood wax (for example moving my legs/hands into a position to make the skin more taut), and again she wasn't very thorough with her waxing. I found myself feeling very very sore for a long time after the wax, as she had ripped a lot of my skin off in the process.
