I went for the gel nails and 2 week pedicure. It was a strange experience. I was the only customer in the salon, there was no music, I felt like I was intruding and that I wasn't welcome at all, not what you want to feel when you are having a beauty treatment. The salon was also dirty, i'm not sure how long the towels on the manicure table had been out but they were very dirty. Also whatever you do don't book an appointment for 10am. I turned up at 10am for my appointment and no one was there, I was slightly confused as the opening times on the door of the salon say they open at 10am. I waited for 10 minutes and still no one. I then went off to get a coffee and came back and the staff had finally arrived. They were very rude as if it was my fault, they did not apologise and said that I should not book an appointment for 10am as they are often delayed on trains. I suggest they get their opening times changed and take off the 10am booking online! Whilst doing my nails the staff did not attempt to speak to me and she was very rude as if I was an incovienience and she could not be bothered. She suggested I come for threading next time as this is what people usually come for. The staff need to learn some manners. I won't be returning.
