I can't describe my visit as when I arrived for my appointment the shop was closed, I waited 20 minutes outside in the rain and no one showed up. I called the number I had to be told that they didn't know why no one was there.Awful customer service, I certainly won't be rebooking.

Had the indian head massage Very relaxing, well worth the money. Will be doing it again soon. Also very happy with eyebrow waxing. Nice and quick perfect shape.

The beauty salon was very basic and the room I had my facial in had a flickering light and was not very clean. I did not feel very comfortable in there. The lady who did my facial had blaring music coming from her phone outside the door and as I had my face mask on I could hear her making her lunch. The facial itself was ok, the products she used were not the best.
