The staff member was on her own which meant she had no choice but leave my treatment to answer the door otherwise customers would leave. The venue was a little cold and could have done with a coat of paint and parts needed a clean. Some music would have helped with the atmosphere.

My first time having a Hollywood and yes, it was painful. The lady was lovely, talking me through everything and keeping me distracted. Armpits were pain free as I usually epilate them - just shows that the bikini was painful because I was a first-timer. Ambience wasn’t luxury spa style, but it was clean and fine for someone who didn’t know what to expect.
