Booked my appointment on line to be greeted with sit and wait. Eventually asked if I had an appointment to then be told they were very busy and I would have to wait at least fifteen minutes if not longer
Booked this to coincide with my lunch time therefore could not wait. No apology at all. Ended up leaving with out nails being done. Very disappointing
Would not recommend as service was awful
