The facial itself was ok. The environment could be improved - I was cold and left for periods of time not knowing what was happening. I wouldn’t book again.

The business is a bit disorganised but staff are very good at their skills ! I booked through treatwell and they didn’t know anything about my booking. Also they spoke own language whilst dealing with clients which I think is very rude.
