Unfortunately I can't think of any positive points from my experience at Belleza. It didn't start well when I was accused of not paying enough for the Lycon wax, even though I booked through Treatwell and it was clearly advertised. The beautician tried to convince me to go with the hot wax because 'it was the same anyway' and was told I needed to pay £8 more for the treatment I had already paid for. After discussing it with her manager she reluctantly agreed to use the lycon wax - although whether she actually used it I wouldn't know - it was so painful she might as well have used strip wax! To top it all off she drop a pot of hot wax on the floor and I've spent all weekend picking it out of my clothes and shoes. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was just a joke! Definitely won't be returning.

The staff we're nice enough and the prices are dead cheap but I wasn't that happy with my "manicure". The lady was a bit haphazard with the polish and it wasnt that neat, she also didn't do anything to my cuticles or the usual manicure stuff I booked a Gel Nails Manicure but it was just a gel polish. When I asked her about it she said i'd have to book the express manicure in addition to the gel nails manicure, if i wanted an actual manicure like cuticle work and shaping etc. It started to peel after 3 days.

I got eyelash extensions and it lasted only two days.. I can't believe it only lasted this short time. The application was too messy and too chunky. I wouldn't recommend.

staff were lovely and friendly but the treatment was rushed and terrible!! one of my nails chipped after 2 days and another nail after 5!!very expensive compared to where I normally go also! the nails themselves look awful after only 5 days when normally mine look lovely for at least 3 weeks, very disappointed

I hate to leave a bad review but I felt very unwelcome and uneasy during my entire visit. Waxing is not a pleasant experience as it is however on multiple occasions I told the therapist that the wax was too hot for me to be told that I was "just sensitive" and that it was not too hot. Unfortunately it was and now I am incredibly sore. I also have patches that have been left and I am on the whole very disappointed with the service I received.
