They had no idea about my appointment. I went there, 14:15 and I’ve booked my appointment at 14:30, I asked the receptionist she couldn’t speak with me, she was speaking another language with the other girl, she came to me and she said that I should speak with the other girl. She asked when I booked my appointment and bla bla bla. I showed the service I had booked and again she had no idea. At the end I didn’t get any service at all. 🙄🙄🙄
