I was sceptical but now I'm convinced/converted. Isabel was very knowledgeable and explained every detail. For sure, I'll be back more often.
My left knee was sore and a little swollen, because there were a few days that I had to spent more hours standing. So I Googled that a lymphatic drainage would be helpful. And it truly was, my knee improved a lot on the day and afterwards.
So I will do more exercise to strengthen my knee and combine it with the lymphatic drainage, so I can feel better.
